    • Due to the unusual phonon structure in the spectrum, we have not been able to complete Kramers-Kronig analysis for (Formula presented) samples (we obtained physically unrealistic negative values for conductivity). Instead, we fitted the reflectance spectra and, using the same parameters, generated the conductivity and dielectric constant spectra which are shown as thin lines in Figs. 44 and 66. The free-electron part was fitted with the Drude formula and the phonons were modeled as Lorenzian oscillators.
