    • We must point out that this paper has a serious flaw in the application of the Ramo-Shokley theorem in the beginning; actually, the formula I=((Formula presented)+(Formula presented))/2 at the end of the first page holds true only when the voltage drops across each barrier are equal. However, in the zero frequency limit, in which we are interested now, their error has no effect on the final result, which is independent on the detailed contribution of the current through each barrier to the total current, as we have shown in Eq. (B3) of Appendix B
