    • AntiDIG surfaces were made by successive coating of silanated surfaces with protein A and antidigoxigenine. DIG labeling of λ-DNA was done as follows: the right cos-end of λ-DNA was 3 ft end labeled with DIG-dUTP by terminal transferase and ligated to λ-DNA. Staining with YOYO1 was done according to the manufacturer's instructions.
