Jack bean NAGase was obtained from Sigma Chemical Company, and was assayed by using p-nitrophenyl 2-acetamido-β-D-glucopyranoside in 50 mM citrate buffer containing 100 mM NaCl and 0.1% BSA at pH 5.0.
