15. This scenario is essentially different from the one proposed by Cocolicchio and Maiani 6. In the latter, the rate of (Formula presented)-(Formula presented) mixing remains to be governed completely by the SM with a real KM matrix. Hence it seems difficult to simultaneously accommodate current data on (Formula presented) and (Formula presented)-(Formula presented) mixing.
