    • We use linear interpolation as the multigrid prolongation operator P, and a ``full weighting'' restriction R, i.e., R=Psup dagger. Smoothing of the solution is done by Jacobi iterations. Five to ten W cycles are performed at each self consistency iteration of the Kohn Sham equations to reduce the root mean square residual to O(10-9) a.u.
