    • It should be noted that in the original model [Ref. 7(b)], ν is an estimation of the average velocity of recoil in the area where exit-channel effects take place. However, we showed later [Ref. 7(c)] that a more judicious choice for ν is the maximum velocity at the TS given by Eq. (20) in the present work.
