    • It should be noted that, in flow immunosensors, an antibody must possess affinity sufficient to bind to the labeled antigen but not so high as to preclude displacement by the unlabeled target antigen. Based on our previous EUSA tests, anti-TNT antibody 11B3 demonstrated cross-reactivity with TNB, DNT, and ADNT. We are currently investigating this assay with another anti-TNT antibody due to its higher specificity for TNT.
