    • σ* band is strongly affected by an axis compression, and pushed above the Fermi level. The absence of any Fermi surface nesting indicates that the CDW is suppressed by hydrostatic pressure. These findings are in agreement with preliminary results of pressure dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements. In order to obtain accurate structural data as a basis for theoretical studies, pressure dependent neutron structure investigations are currently being done.
