Actually, there was a report that (Formula presented)(Formula presented)(Formula presented) with y>6.94 may be in the heavily doped region [C. Berthier, J. A. Gillet, T. G. Auler, Y. Berthier, M. Horvatic, P. Segransan and J. Y. Henry, Phys. Scr. 49, 131 (1993)] but no substantial decrease of (Formula presented) is observed (∼92 K) up to y=6.98 in our samples [Ref. 10]. Hence, one may substantially be allowed to consider the compound with y=6.98 as an optimally doped sample.
