33. The WFL analysis is not valid for polycrystals since grain-boundary barriers pose a higher electrical resistance than electronic thermal resistance. However, Peacor et. al [Phys. Rev. B 42, 2684 (1990)]; have found that for (Formula presented)(Formula presented)(Formula presented) polycrystals both (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) are reduced by comparable fractions by such barriers.
