    • The DZP basis set comprised the Huzinaga/Dunning basis sets with a set of five d orbitals with the exponent 0.85 for O and a set of three p functions with the exponent 1.0 for H. The scaling factor of 1.2 was used for the s functions of H. See Ref. 15 for the basis sets of TZ2P, TZ2P(f,d), [7s4p2df/4s2p1d], and [9s6p4d2fg/6s4p2d]. The exponents of the diffuse basis function of TZ2P++, TZ2P(f,d)++, and TZ3P(f,d)++ are 0.08993, 0.05840, and 0.03016 for s, p of O and s of H, respectively; those of QZ(3df,2pd)++ are 0.055136, 0.013784, 0.044440, and 0.10625 for two s, p, and d of O, and 0.10625, 0.09375 for s, p of H; those of HZ4P(2fg,2d)++ are 0.04790, 0.011975, and 0.032223 for two s and p of O, and 0.0181978 for s of H.
