64. + complex, irradiation to the singlet peak (9.35 ppm) enhances the peak area of the multiplet at 8.32 ppm to 138%. The irradiation upon the singlet at 7.60 ppm shows no enhancement. The broad triplet at 3.98 ppm was assigned to methylene proton on imino side, and the sharp triplet at 3.15 ppm was assigned to the methylene on the bridge head side since irradiation to the singlet peak (9.35 ppm) also enhances the peak area of the methylene proton (3.98 ppm). For the free ligand, irradiation on the singlet at 8.49 ppm enhanced the multiplet at 9.05 ppm to 115% and the singlet at 5.95 ppm to 115% at the same time. Irradiation upon the singlet at 5.95 ppm enhanced the singlet at 8.49 ppm to 116%.
