A. Rizzo (personal communication). Though the expressions used in this paper for calculating the mean susceptibilities are incorrect (wrong frequency ordering), A. Rizzo informs us that, due to near Kleinman symmetry, the results are still essentially correct. In the same paper the vibrational effects have been given as percentages of the electronic ones, however, through a personal communication (A. Rizzo) we have obtained the absolute values and it is these which are given in the footnotes to our tables.
