    • After this work was completed, a paper by Zare and co-workers appeared (J. Chem. Phys. 1995, 103, 5157) in which they combined Doppler selection and pulsed extraction TOF techniques to study a bimolecular reaction. Compared to the approach reported here, their method is nearly the same in concept but somewhat differing in practical operation.
